The Greek crisis

Greece's Prime Minister may have narrowly survived a vote of confidence, but George Papandreou still needs to secure a coalition if he's to get the bailout package through parliament. Until that happens the future of Greece in the Eurozone is still uncertain. So what would it mean if Greece did leave the Eurozone? How would it work? And what are the Greeks doing to protect their money?
Paul Lewis is joined by Vicky Pryce, senior managing director FTI Consulting.

Compensation awarded but not paid
If a firm has given you bad financial advice, mistaken your attitude to risk and sold you investments which have lost money then you would probably apply for compensation. And if the firm wouldn't pay you'd probably take your case to the Financial Ombudsman. One Money Box listener has done exactly that. But even though the Ombudsman ruled in his favour, he still hasn't received a penny.

Wills
Should you make a will? It's Will Aid month. Local solicitors are signing up to offer their services for free in return for a donation to charity. But do we all really need to make one?
Nicola Plant from Pemberton Greenish and Alan Barr from Brodies discuss who should have one.

National Savings to end Post Office accounts
National Savings and Investments (NS&I) is to stop operating its accounts via the Post Office, affecting nearly 3 million people. As of November 28th no more Investment or Easy Access Savings accounts will be opened, though Premium Bonds will still be available. In future all its savings accounts will be available only via the post, phone or online.
Paul speaks to Jane Platt, Chief Executive of NS&I, and discusses other savings options with Kevin Mountford from Moneysupermarket.com.
